Your Honor: Kimberly Sands was my student in kindergarten at Yucca Loma Elementary School in Apple Valley , California . It was obvious that someone had worked with her and done a beautiful job preparing her for school. She was enthusiastic about learning, eager to volunteer to help or answer a question, and she was friendly to everyone. Kimberly seemed like a very happy child, came to school well groomed, and was a leader in our class I feel honored and privileged to have been her teacher and am very sad that no one else will be able to experience that joy.
